Lily Chinn, managing partner of the San Francisco Bay Area office and co-chair of the Electronic Discovery and Information Governance practice, will moderate the "How Corporate America is Taking on Climate Change and Driving Green Markets" session at 1:45 (CT) on Friday, November 9. Speakers will include Ruth Ann Castro, Google senior corporate counsel; Judith Kim, EDF Energy senior counsel; and Marjorie Tsang, USAA Real Estate Company board member.

The session will discuss how corporate America is driving green markets in the US, and why it matters for the overall future of US energy and environmental public policy. Speakers will assess why certain segments of the corporate marketplace, as well as local and state governments are accelerating their commitment to climate resilience, following the federal government's recent move to reverse course on implementing measures to address climate change.
