Brian represents lenders in connection with single-asset loan structures, portfolio loan structures, short term/floating rate and permanent loan originations, mezzanine financings, and financings intended for securitization. Brian handles origination of debt secured by real estate assets of all types, including office, retail, hotel, apartment, condominium and industrial properties, as well as various borrower structures, including tenancy-in-common structures and Delaware Statutory Trust structures. He also helps commercial real estate purchasers with acquiring real property and obtaining financing in connection with the acquisition of such real property, and lenders with real estate banking and finance transactions, including origination and defeasance of CMBS loans.
