About Emily J. Prentice
Emily J. Prentice concentrates her practice in litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes and insurance and health care fraud matters.
Experience with a wide range of litigation
has worked extensively on all aspects of litigation. She has managed pre-suit investigations, prepared pleadings, and managed discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement. Her lawsuits have involved claims for fraud, violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, conspiracy, breach of contract, tortious interference, and violations of false claims statutes. She also has significant experience investigating systemic fraudulent health care practices, and violations of statutory and regulatory laws, to develop litigation and business strategies.
While in law school, Emily was a member of the DePaul Law Review. Her Comment was published in Summer 2002.
