Jeffrey Grady represents clients in general civil litigation, concentrating on construction, insurance, catastrophic tort, land use and contract and business disputes. Quickly and accurately assessing all aspects of pending or potential litigation, Jeff provides value-oriented strategies at each stage of the process.

Jeff has successfully represented closely held and publicly traded companies in state and federal courts and in arbitrations in North Carolina and jurisdictions around the country. He has handled all facets of complex civil litigation, including dispositive motions practice, electronic discovery, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, bench and jury trials, and appellate briefings and arguments. His litigation experience includes mortgage and real estate fraud, construction defects and disputes, product and catastrophic tort liability, trademarks, and general business and contractual litigation.

Jeff also takes pride in his pro bono and community support activities. During law school, Jeff served on the Wake Forest Law Review.
