John represents national and international lenders in senior and mezzanine acquisition, construction and bridge loans, and refinancing of all real estate asset types across the country. John also works with clients in the formation of real estate investment funds, and he advises on the acquisition of distressed real estate assets, including hotels and multi-family apartment projects.
