Ryan represents banks, lenders, financial institutions, property owners and other clients in disputes involving secured transactions, real estate, interest rate swaps, unfair competition claims and class actions. He represented a large telecommunications company in a four-week jury trial in which he and his team won a total victory against an agent that believed its contract had been wrongfully terminated.

He also works in entertainment litigation, frequently handling matters involving defamation and intellectual property. He was part of the litigation team that earned the dismissal of a high-profile case against Seth McFarlane and the producers of the movie "Ted" for alleged copyright infringement.
