About Zachary Denver

Zachary Denver concentrates his practice in litigation and dispute resolution matters. He represents medium to large size financial institutions and individual traders who are under government investigation or involved in litigation by former clients.

Modern digital communications demand thoughtful and creative e-discovery solutions

These days "paper trails" are more likely to be in the form of emails, social media posts and text messages. Zachary understands the science and art of e-discovery. He knows how to tailor a collection and review plan for each client's specific needs.

Before law school Zachary was a teacher in the NYC public schools which taught him to remain calm under pressure and to help people meet their goals by overcoming unique challenges.

While attending law school, Zachary was an editor of the NYU Journal of Law and Liberty and a board member for the Suspension Representation Project.
