About Ashley O. Ogedegbe

Ashley Ogedegbe advises health care providers, health systems and other members of the health care industry in transactions and regulatory compliance matters. Whether performing due diligence for specialty practice and physician group transactions or providing tailored regulatory guidance, she goes above and beyond to find solutions rather than restrictions.

Astute problem solving and sharp execution

Prior to joining Katten, Ashley gained an operative understanding of clients’ business needs through an in‑house externship at the U.S. News’ top-ranked hospital system in Missouri, and as a student attorney for the Washington University School of Law Entrepreneurship & Intellectual Property Clinic where she received a high pass distinction for her work. Her ability to build genuine rapport with others and think quickly on her feet, led Ashley to win both the Washington University School of Law Client Counseling and Interviewing Competition and Negotiation Competition, where she later went on to serve as a trusted board member. She also served as the managing editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy
