Chase Sandler has a real estate practice focused on commercial real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing transactions. He has extensive experience advising various types of lending institutions with respect to mortgage originations, construction and mezzanine loans in connection with all asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily and mixed-use condominiums.
