Dan Huffenus, managing partner of Katten's Charlotte office and head of the Real Estate practice, served as moderator for the 10th Annual Outlook on the Commercial Real Estate Market event in Charlotte on January 12. Panelists revealed a mostly positive outlook for the commercial real estate sector as noted in coverage of the event from the Charlotte Business Journal and The Charlotte Observer. Panelists also described how tighter regulations after the Great Recession have impacted the development and advancement of the current market.
