Real estate thought leaders addressed nearly 400 members of the Charlotte business community during the 12th Annual Outlook on the Commercial Real Estate Market event, co-hosted by Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Cushman & Wakefield.

"There are a lot of diverging opinions about what's going on in commercial real estate right now," said Daniel Huffenus, Katten's Charlotte office managing partner and Real Estate practice head, in CityBizList, "and our robust line-up of industry leaders provided a very informative and candid discussion about what's impacting the market across the office, multi-family, industrial and retail sectors." Keynote speakers offered an in-depth look at why Charlotte outperforms the United States in economic expansion; how labor and talent continue to keep Charlotte an attractive market for growth in banking, fintech, corporate headquarters relocations, and opportunity zone funds; and more.

The event also served as a fundraiser for Hospitality House of Charlotte, an organization that provides the families of seriously ill loved ones with the comforts of home through affordable accommodations.
