Steve Solow, head of the White Collar, Investigations and Compliance practice, will participate in the "Environmental Crimes Enforcement Under the Trump Administration" panel discussion at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12. The program features top government officials and private practitioners who will discuss recent developments in the Trump Administration's criminal environmental enforcement program including agency staffing, enforcement priorities, cooperative federalism and new policies on settlement payments to third parties and use of agency guidance documents. Panelists will also examine the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'s 2017 year-end statistics on environmental crimes prosecutions and discuss trends in the EPA's and Department of Justice (DOJ)'s enforcement of air, water and land disposal regulations.
