Dylan P. McGowan concentrates his practice on litigation and dispute resolution matters. He counsels corporate clients, large financial institutions and individuals in state and federal courts, and other related disputes.

A wide-ranging background that supports litigation knowledge

While in law school, Dylan was an associate editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and published a note, Pain Mismanagement: The Opioid Problem in the NFL. He was also a member Fordham Moot Court Board and competitor on the 2019 Burton D. Wechsler National First Amendment Moot Court Competition team. Additionally, he served as the vice president of the Fordham Irish Law Students Association.

Dylan worked in the Fordham Rule of Law Clinic which explored issues related to a potential reunification of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland pursuant to a Good Friday Agreement referendum. He also served as a judicial intern to Chief Justice Stuart J. Rabner of the New Jersey Supreme Court and United States District Judge Brian R. Martinotti of the District of New Jersey. As a result of his law school achievements, Dylan was named a Paul Fuller Scholar and awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for his dedication to pro bono work.
