Before going to law school, Eli worked in the real estate business focusing on acquisitions, underwriting commercial properties throughout the western United States. He enjoyed helping investors achieve superior risk-adjusted returns.
Now, Eli is dedicated to ensuring his clients achieve their goals as an attorney by navigating them through all aspects of the real estate transaction, from engagement letter to closing. Eli represents both lenders and borrowers in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, private equity and joint ventures, securitization and leasing. During law school, Eli was a production editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review.
