About Gregory W. Segal

Gregory Segal understands how to identify problems and solve them. As a Corporate associate in our New York office, he works with public and private companies on their business needs, including, but not limited to, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company mergers and acquisitions.

Gregory served as Design and Layout Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems and published an article in the journal entitled, “Clashing Standards in the Courtroom: Judicial Notice of Scientific Facts.” He was also a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Gregory was a legal intern in the Environmental Protection Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
