About Irina Nica
Irina Nica focuses mainly on capital markets transactions, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Irina has experience representing US and non-US issuers and underwriters in equity and debt transactions, including public and private securities offerings and initial public offerings, as well as in mergers and acquisitions involving public companies. She regularly counsels public companies with respect to ongoing compliance obligations under US securities laws, corporate governance matters and listing standards of the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market. Previously, Irina trained in Montreal at a major Canadian law firm and worked as an investment banker and as an economist for the central bank of Canada.
