About Jennifer E. Dolan
At the core of Katten's business are our clients. As head of the firm's marketing and business development efforts, Jen's job is to bring to the forefront the best of what Katten offers its clients in terms of service and solutions. In that context, Jen works closely with the firm's Chair, practice group leaders and individual attorneys to drive awareness of Katten's capabilities and to ensure our clients benefit from the full spectrum of those capabilities as they tackle their business challenges.
Prior to joining Katten, Jen was the Chief Marketing Officer of another AmLaw 100 firm. Previously, she spent nearly eight years at WilmerHale overseeing the business development efforts of several of the firm's most significant practices while directing firmwide client programs, including the firm's client teams and client feedback initiatives.
Before joining the legal industry, Jen spent the first half of her career in professional sales, marketing, branding and public relations roles.
