About Joshua M. Freda

Joshua Freda is well-versed in environmental criminal and civil litigation, and white collar investigations. His experience is focused on representing clients in both litigation and regulatory compliance matters.

A strong background in environmental matters

Josh's litigation and regulatory compliance matters have involved environmental regulatory counseling regarding federal and state Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act obligations. This included clients engaged in complex transactions and business operations, litigation and regulatory support for government contractors engaged in pre-award and post-award bid protests, and assistance to white collar investigations and complex litigation matters.

During law school, Josh served as an editor for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law. He was also a research assistant to Professor Margaret Foster-Riley — whose focus involves federal regulatory and policy matters in the food and drug space, among other aspects of health care.
