About Kathryn T. Zwicker
Kathryn Zwicker focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate finance, including the representation of private equity sponsors, independent sponsors, corporate borrowers and lending institutions in secured and unsecured financings, leveraged buyouts and other financing arrangements.
Prior to joining Katten, Kathryn was a corporate restructuring associate at a boutique bankruptcy law firm, where she represented debtors, creditors, private equity clients and other stakeholders in a variety of in- and out-of-court restructuring and corporate matters. She had previously served as a term clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth S. Stong in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
While attending law school, Kathryn was a full-time extern at the US Department of Justice in Washington, DC, focusing on securities and financial fraud. She also served as the chief comments editor for the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs.
