Katie is adept at learning new material quickly and communicates well with clients and experts in a range of industries. In addition, she has studied the details of environmental and workplace safety criminal cases across the country over the last eight years. This knowledge is useful for identifying key trends, developing winning arguments, and negotiating settlements.
Katie has worked with clients on investigations by the US Environmental Protection Agency, US Coast Guard, Chemical Safety Board, US Department of Justice and similar government agencies. Her experience also includes responding to investigations in the immediate aftermath of environmental incidents, witness interviews, and document review and production.
