About Kristin M. Riffner
Clients benefit from Kristin Riffner's keen interest in improving processes to navigate and demystify complex regulatory matters. Kristin frequently assists clients with fund launches, annual federal and state-level filings, and other regulatory issues. As part of her work and using advanced technologies, Kristin performs necessary analyses to ensure the proper filings are made for each fund. She also works on Distressed Debt trading, where she drafts documents for a high volume of trades as well as assisting with closings.

In addition to Financial Markets and Funds, Kristin has worked closely with numerous practices across the firm, including Real Estate, Health Care Litigation and Corporate.
While in law school, Kristin participated in the Institute for the Future of Law Practice (IFLP) program, which provided intensive entrepreneurial and technology-based skills training.
