About Lindsay Lersner

Lindsay Lersner is an associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring practice. She works on a broad range of insolvency-related matters, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts and restructurings, distressed asset sales and insolvency-based litigation.

Lindsay works mainly on corporate restructurings. She serves clients across a broad spectrum of industries. Her clients are usually large corporate entities involved in a bankruptcy proceeding in some way, either as a debtor or creditor or other interested party.

While in law school, Lindsay served as the executive article editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and interned with the Securities Arbitration Clinic at St. John's University School of Law, where she represented underserved investors in FINRA arbitration proceedings against securities brokers and dealers. She also worked as an intern in the corporate practice of a midsize law firm headquartered in New York.
