About Lisa R. Wiznitzer

Lisa Wiznitzer has a broad-based corporate practice with a particular focus on clients in the sports and media industries. Lisa represents private equity firms, financial institutions, sports teams and corporate sponsors in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, governance and other commercial transactions. Lisa's experience includes representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers and others in a variety of significant transactional and governance matters.

Serving justice best by helping those who need it most

Lisa also maintains an active pro bono practice and advises nonprofit organizations on board governance and conflict of interest issues. During law school, Lisa served as the managing editor for the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and president of the Sports Law Society. During the summer of 2018, she served as a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) fellow and advised startups at the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center.
