Michael Butts focuses his litigation practice on securities matters, labor and employment matters, entertainment disputes and other complex commercial litigation.

Strategic counsel, practical solutions and effective advocacy

Before practicing law, Michael had a significant career in marketing and developed creative business solutions for large consumer brands. Due to his prior experience, Michael brings a strategic, business-minded approach to his clients.

In law school, Michael served as editor for the USC Gould Hale Moot Court Honors Program, represented pro bono clients through the Post-Conviction Justice Project clinic and graduated with a certificate from the USC Gould Center for Transnational Law and Business.
