About Min Li

Min Li is an associate in our Shanghai office and focuses her practice in the areas of cross-border merger and acquisition, commercial and corporate law.

One firm with worldwide experience and connections

Min has extensive experience working with clients in China and the United States. She has represented clients with a range of cross-border M&A and other transactions and various intellectual property matters in China. These include establishing representative offices, wholly foreign-owned enterprise subsidiaries, joint ventures and other types of business operations in China.

Min has also assisted many Chinese companies in setting up operations in the United States. She has represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and other regulatory bodies. Min also has significant experience litigating complex commercial cases in China and the United States.

Min has been qualified as a Chinese lawyer since 2007. She previously worked for a law firm in Shanghai for several years before joining Katten.
