Efficient, cost-effective legal solutions grease the wheels of business

Ginger represents banks making loans on middle market commercial properties such as office developments, retail centers, hotels, manufactured housing complexes and more. Her clients include large national banking associations and smaller real estate investment trusts with headquarters in New York City and Charlotte

She also works with regional developers in the purchase and sale of commercial properties, implementation of nontraditional organizational structures, such as tenancies-in-common and Delaware Statutory Trusts, and serving as local North Carolina counsel for real estate matters.

But whatever the deal, Ginger works collaboratively with her clients to implement practical solutions acceptable to all parties. Her goal is to make every transaction, from loan closings to lease negotiations, free of last-minute surprises and exceeding the client's business expectations.

While attending law school, Ginger was a member of the National Moot Court Team, the Jessup International Moot Court Team and the Order of Barristers.
