Letter from the
Chairman and Chief Diversity Officer

Dear Friends and Clients,

We are once again pleased to
share with you Katten’s Annual
Diversity Review. In a time when the
challenges of divisiveness often make
front page news, our commitment to
inclusion and diversity is all the more
important.

This past year we invested a

our recruiting processes. We actively

sought out diverse candidates across our offices and in each number of women and diverse lawyers to leadership positions
