At 10:15 a.m., Health Care Partner Ramana Rameswaran will speak on the "Beginners Guide to Analyzing Novel Healthcare Regulatory Issues" interactive workshop, designed to help law students, young lawyers and newer regulatory attorneys analyze new issues, obtain relevant information and identify pertinent resources by examining a set of issues related to health care providers and life sciences entities.
At 11:00 a.m., Litigation Partner Ryan Meyer will speak on the "What the Future Holds: Navigating DOJ Trends in Health Care Enforcement" breakout session, exploring recent civil and criminal enforcement trends and discuss what lies ahead for the future of health care in 2024.
