David Kravitz serves as a trusted advisor to private equity sponsors, family offices and middle-market and family-owned businesses across industries. When they are ready to make an acquisition, sale or financing, David uses his deep understanding of their businesses to execute transactions that work for them. As an outgrowth of the close relationships he develops with his clients, he also serves as an outside general counsel, advising on the full gamut of day-to-day legal issues.
