Gale has over 30 years of experience representing clients in the purchase, sale, refinancing, leasing and other transfers of residential and commercial real estate. She focuses her practice on contract drafting, review and negotiation, due diligence and real estate transfer tax planning.

Gale understands that the purchase, sale, financing or lease of residential real estate can be a very stressful experience for a client. So, Gale evaluates the success of a transaction not only by how quickly a closing can be achieved, but by the ease of the process for the client. She also does everything she can to save clients as much money as possible in terms of transfer taxes and other closing expenses.
