About George W. Carter

George Carter focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance with an emphasis on originating loans secured by commercial real estate. He has significant experience representing banks and commercial lenders in connection with the origination of loans for the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) market as well as traditional balance sheet loans. He is known for helping clients navigate complex legal questions and situations and doing so in an efficient and timely manner which minimizes unnecessary conflict and expense for his clients.

George knows that closing deals on time and negotiating transactions in good faith not only strengthens professional relationships but also encourages future transactions.
