About John Krol
John Krol structures, negotiates, documents and closes commercial loan deals. He helps finance companies and banks make middle-market commercial loans, primarily for acquisitions and refinancings. He also helps borrowers in a wide range of industries secure the loans they need to grow their business. Before moving to private legal practice, John served as in-house counsel for a finance company, so he understands the pressures his clients are under and the common pitfalls financing deals face, as well as what his clients need from him in order to meet their goals.
