Two sides, one goal: an efficient closing

In Manny's practice, he has represented different sides of both public and private transactions, depending on the project. Thus, his clients may be an issuer or an underwriter, a lender or a borrower. He also has experience with prime and sub-prime automobile loans and leases. But whichever side of the deal he is on, his goal is always to help his client get a positive outcome.

In addition, Manny has helped clients with dealer floorplan receivable securitizations and warehouses, secured warehouse lending facilities as well as revolving credit facilities and structured term loans.
