Floyd Mandell, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, was quoted in an article in Law 360 on the continued strength of the practice despite the economic downturn. In the article, Mr. Mandell says slow economies make companies even more protective of their intellectual property. “They are doing whatever they can in terms of getting and maintaining a market share. We represent a number of companies with well-recognized brands, and we find they are more protective of their brands than ever before,” he says.
