Aaron Feld maintains a broad corporate transactional practice advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate governance and other commercial transactions in the professional sports industry, including in the National Basketball Association (NBA), National Hockey League (NHL), National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), Major League Soccer (MLS), United Soccer League (USL) and Professional Development League (PDL).
His practice includes representing sports teams, investors and sponsors on ownership transfers, acquisitions and sales (including private equity investments in sports franchises), equity financings, league expansions, league-wide credit facilities, league rules and management employment agreements.

- Teams such as the Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, Dallas Mavericks, Tampa Bay Lightning, New York Islanders, Seattle Kraken and Milwaukee Bucks.
- Investors in teams, arenas and stadiums, including investors in the Dallas Mavericks, Tampa Bay Lightning, San Francisco Giants and Washington Commanders.
Before joining Katten, Aaron interned in the legal department of the Golden State Warriors and worked as a certified public accountant at a global accounting firm.
