About Adrian Jonak

Adrian Jonak concentrates his practice in litigation matters, including insurance and health care fraud. His clients are typically large national insurers who offer various types of insurance, including property, auto and health insurance. Adrian advises clients on various issues, including pre-suit investigations and active litigation.

Assisting national companies with fraud reduction strategies

Adrian represents insurers in health care fraud and affirmative RICO litigation involving fraudulent claims in numerous jurisdictions across the country. He also advises his clients on how to investigate and identify systematic fraud involving, among other things, billing for medically unnecessary services, violations of anti-kickback and patient brokering laws, and violations of state licensure laws. Adrian has also developed ongoing relationships with medical experts who assist in evaluating the potential for fraud.

While in law school, Adrian served as an associate editor of the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property.
