Her work involves disputes and advisory matters relating to commodities, derivatives, digital assets, securities, event contracts and prediction markets. Alexa litigates in state and federal courts and before arbitral forums including FINRA, JAMS, the National Futures Association and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. She has experience in derivatives regulatory and enforcement proceedings before the CFTC and SEC, and counsels clients navigating complex compliance and transactional issues in the digital asset space.
