New York Law Journal featured Financial Markets and Regulation Associate Alexander C. Kim in a practice profile highlighting his work, leadership and commitment to mentorship.
Alexander advises digital asset trading platforms, blockchain companies, prediction market operators and other financial services firms on US federal and state regulatory, transactional and enforcement matters. His practice spans requirements under the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the National Futures Association (NFA).
Beyond his client work, Alexander serves as co-chair of the firm's Asian American and Pacific Islander affinity group and maintains an active pro bono practice. His recent pro bono work includes an immigration assistance clinic at Katten's New York office, held in partnership with Tradeweb Markets and Legal Services NYC.
Alexander also received Katten’s 2025 John P. Sieger Excellence in Mentoring Award for his dedication to mentorship and the meaningful impact he has had on his colleagues’ careers.
