Alison leads complex transactions for various companies, private equity firms and investment funds in diverse regulated industries, including health care, veterinary services, construction and technology, with deep experience in physician practice management (PPM) deals. Her practice centers on advising acquisitive platforms, management services organizations (MSOs), physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers and other companies on the negotiation and execution of strategic transactions. Alison's experience with PPM transactions includes primary care deals and deals in the specialties of cardiology, dermatology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, pediatrics, radiology and urgent care.
