Helping Businesses Maintain Corporate Health

Ashley conducts and coordinates due diligence, prepares disclosure documents and drafts a variety of health care related agreements. She also advises clients on compliance with the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), as amended.

In addition, Ashley advises clients on a wide range of Medicare and Medicaid issues, and the contractual implications of health care entity change of ownership (CHOW) and related licensure matters.
