About Audrey K. Nelson
Audrey Nelson focuses her practice on corporate matters including capital markets and entrepreneurial ventures, using a background in economics to focus on the corporate transactional needs of clients.
Detailed and business-oriented legal advocacy
Audrey's background as an economic analyst makes her a detail-oriented transactional lawyer, comfortable in both the mathematical and legal analysis worlds. She is passionate about centering the client's specific business needs while making sure every detail is accounted for. In addition to an economics background, her time on moot court and as an ABA Mediation competitor and coach has honed her ability to present complex arguments persuasively. During law school, she served as the senior notes editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, and wrote a published Note on the scienter standard in insider trading, which deepened her appreciation of many pressing topics in the business and financial world.
