About Bret T. Diskin

Offering international transaction experience

Bret serves as the lead attorney on corporate transactions, handling deal structuring, negotiations, drafting acquisition agreements and supervising due diligence. Based in London, England for nearly two years, he has broad-based cross-border transaction experience in a variety of jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Spain, France, Germany and Saudi Arabia.
