About Chloe M. Custodio
Chloe Custodio focuses her practice on commercial finance transactions. She represents private equity sponsors, lenders, agent banks, borrowers and strategic investors in leveraged buyouts and other financial arrangements for both public and private companies.
Dedication to leadership, mentorship and developing client relationships
During law school, Chloe served as an articles editor on the UC Davis Law Review, was co-president of the Filipinx Law Students Association, and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board. She also tutored first-year students in both Contracts and Property.
