Managing Partner of our California offices Christine Noelle Fitzgerald, Real Estate, was recognized in the 2026 Banking & Finance Visionaries section, produced by LA Times Studios, of the Los Angeles Times (LA Times). The honorees were profiled for their "exemplary leadership" and "strategic foresight" in navigating the evolving Southern California banking and finance sector over the past 24 months.

Noted for "transforming the Los Angeles real estate landscape through complex financing transactions," Christine was spotlighted for her specialty in commercial real estate finance and her leadership at Katten, where she oversees the West Coast operations of our national real estate practice, including 35 partners and 54 attorneys. The profile underscored recent significant matters, including one in which Christine represented a global investment management fund in a $150-million mortgage loan to refinance a production studio campus in West Hollywood, and another in which she advised a commercial bank through a $65-million senior mortgage loan for the ground-up construction of a studio facility in Downtown Los Angeles.

The LA Times also mentioned Christine’s community involvements, including her seat on the advisory board of the Loyola Law School Transactional Lawyering Institute and her membership in Commercial Real Estate Women Los Angeles (CREW LA).
