Experience leading an S&P 500 and Fortune Global 500 public company platform

Before joining Katten, Cot served as Deputy General Counsel – Securities of CRH plc (NYSE: CRH), an Ireland-headquartered global building materials company and member of the S&P 500 and Fortune Global 500. In that role, he advised the board and senior management on capital markets transactions, securities law matters, corporate governance, investor engagement and other strategic initiatives. He also guided the company’s transition to US domestic issuer status following the move of its listing to the New York Stock Exchange and supported the continued development of its US capital markets platform.
