Structured Finance and Securitization Partner Karen Anzalone has been selected for the CRE Finance Council's (CREFC) 2026 Class of "20 Under 40." The annual list of 20 industry professionals under 40 showcases those who have made significant contributions to their companies and to the commercial real estate finance industry as a whole. The honorees will be recognized during a ceremony at the CREFC Annual Conference being held June 8–10 in New York.

As the trade association for the commercial real estate finance industry, CREFC represents balance sheet and securitized lenders, loan and bond investors, private equity firms, servicers, rating agencies and advisors. Each year, it recognizes young commercial real estate finance professionals whose ideas, leadership and execution are helping shape the industry. CREFC noted that this generation has "navigated dislocation, adopted new technologies, and brought sharper analytical and operational thinking to every corner of the business."

As described in the CREFC announcement, this year’s honorees contribute across every segment of the commercial real estate finance industry, and Karen’s selection reflects her standing among the next generation of leaders in the field.
