Ted represents clients in high-stakes business disputes, often at the intersection of commercial litigation, financial services, and securities matters, including consumer finance regulation and compliance, corporate and securities fraud, banking issues, M&A litigation, corporate governance, anticompetitive conduct, intellectual property, government enforcement actions, and class actions. Ted is known for advancing client objectives efficiently, whether it's obtaining dispositive rulings, negotiating favorable resolutions or preparing matters for trial.

Ryan Meyer, Litigation Partner

Ryan defends companies and executives in government investigations, civil enforcement actions, and criminal proceedings, with a focus on matters involving alleged securities fraud and health care fraud. He has significant experience with Medicare and Medicaid fraud, Anti-Kickback and corruption allegations, and qui tam actions under the federal and state False Claims Acts. His practice includes white-collar defense, securities litigation, and internal investigations within the health care and life sciences sectors.

Rachel Riley, Litigation Partner

Rachel concentrates her practice on federal criminal defense and white-collar matters, regularly representing clients before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other federal and state agencies in cases involving health care fraud, embezzlement, securities fraud, public corruption, and other economic crimes. She has prevented indictments, secured dismissals, obtained favorable sentences, and achieved multiple acquittals in federal court.
