About Danielle G. Spiewak
Danielle Spiewak concentrates her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate financing. She has significant experience representing national banks and other commercial lenders in connection with the origination of loans for the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) market as well as traditional balance sheet loans.
Experience across wide spectrum of loan transactions
Prior to joining Katten, Danielle worked at another global law firm for over 14 years. In addition to counseling clients on CMBS lending, her practice covered a variety of loan transactions that included purchases and sales of mortgage and subordinated debt, loan restructurings and workouts, and mezzanine financing. Danielle leverages that prior experience to help clients navigate through all phases of real estate finance projects.
