Dylan Caffrey represents various clients in both public and private asset-backed securitizations and other structured finance transactions.

Wide-ranging support in securing financing

Dylan has experience with prime and sub-prime automobile loan securitizations, automobile lease securitizations, residential mortgage-backed securities, revolving credit facilities and other complex structured finance transactions. He also has experience with sub-prime automobile loan warehouses and securitizations of credit card receivables.

In law school, Dylan served as a Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal.
