Prior to joining Katten, Dylan worked in engineering consulting for three years on behalf of industrial facilities nationwide. This experience, along with a legal externship at a leading Chicago technology startup company, drove home the importance of excellent client service and understanding business needs.
During law school, Dylan served as a law review editor and teaching assistant in both legal writing and transactional writing, which he credits for his emphasis on clear communication and attention to detail.
